- For anytime outside of the hours on the booking tool, please send an email to support@topdownmaid.com to check for availability.
- For in-person cleaning a deposit is required through the booking tool and the remainder of the funds are required in cash before the start of service. Any refusals of payment will result in appointment being cancelled and no refund on the deposit.
- After booking, we will send a cleaning service agreement via email, and it must be signed before the appointment will be confirmed.
- All communication and confirmations will be made via email.
Refund Policy
- If a deposit is requested, the deposit will secure your appointment and it is non-refundable with the following exceptions.
- An act of Force Majeure (i.e. Storm, Fire, Flood, etc)
- The maid needs to cancel for any reason. (i.e. medical, accident, etc.)
- Deposits will not be refunded for buyer’s remorse.
- The client agrees the deposit will not be refunded if appointment gets cancelled due to the client failing to complete the payment in cash or failing to adhere to the service agreement.
