  • Home Cleaning Services.

Cleaning service deposits are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in our Refunds policy below. The remainder of the payment must be made in cash at the start of the appointment.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services displayed on our Site at the time of access. This includes all products listed as out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images provided about our goods and services are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of such information. You agree to purchase goods and services at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Service Agreement

Before any cleaning appointment can be confirmed, the Client must agree to and sign the Cleaning Service Agreement provided by Fun Clean LLC. By signing the Cleaning Service Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined within the agreement. Failure to sign the Cleaning Service Agreement will result in the appointment not being confirmed.

Third-Party Goods and Services

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. As a dropshipping facilitator, Fun Clean LLC does not control or own the inventory and cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or delivery timelines of goods offered by third-party vendors. We are not responsible for shipping delays, defects, or any quality issues with third-party goods.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Credit Card;
  • PayPal; and
  • Cryptocurrency.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment violates any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, they will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Standard Delivery by post, delivery times vary by product.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or supply chain disruptions. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds

Refunds for Goods:
Refund requests must be made within 10 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for the following reasons:

  • The good does not match the description.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Used Items;
  • Digital Products; and
  • Custom Items.

Refunds for Services:
Deposits for cleaning services are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  1. An act of nature or God, such as a storm, earthquake, car accident, or other unforeseeable event that prevents the service from taking place.
  2. If the Contractor needs to cancel the appointment.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse or any other discretionary reasons.

Returns

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, the customer must email support@topdownmaid.com within the specified timeframe. If the item is eligible for return, we will provide the address to which the customer must mail the item and pay necessary postage.

No Guarantee of Results (for Services)

Fun Clean LLC will endeavor to provide high-quality cleaning services, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Cleaning quality may be affected by factors such as the condition of the premises or the cleaning supplies provided by the Client.

Data Privacy and Protection

Fun Clean LLC will only collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the GDPR and CCPA.

Limitation of Liability

Fun Clean LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or services.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Fun Clean LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a dispute between the Client and Fun Clean LLC, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in the state of Florida.

The party initiating the arbitration will be responsible for covering the initial costs associated with the arbitration process, including administrative fees, arbitrator fees, and any related expenses. However, the arbitrator may allocate costs and fees in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, depending on the outcome of the case.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Severability

If any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
